LIFT Academy's core focus is to help you achieve your goals without wasting time and money - in fitness and in life. To make the most of your training and stay healthy and hydrated, we offer free flow water for refilling in our training academy. This also reduces the use of plastic bottles as most of our LIFTERs bring their own non-plastic bottle. To help you align your nutrition with your fitness and wellness goals, LIFT Academy also offers delicious whole-food protein Power Balls with a nutrition composition that helps you achieve your goals. We pack the Power Balls in recyclable containers and give a free protein ball if you bring your own container. The protein balls are all vegetarian and we also have a vegan version (Plant Power). We also produce our own egg-white protein powder from egg whites which otherwise would have been thrown away in the food industry. It's a whole-food product without additives. To pack the protein powder, you bring your own container. Snacks can be bought directly at LIFT Academy and taken home, we don't have a café sitting option. We also deliver upon request.
